Going Paperless: Enhanced online loans

Join us as we discuss the launch of our enhanced, fully-electronic retirement plan loan process. This new process, which will apply to all loans requested in the near future, will:

  • Offer a faster, simplified, paperless process for plan loans
  • Enable participants to request a distribution online at their convenience, even outside of standard “business hours”
  • Allow for check or direct deposit payment methods
  • Provide greater transparency for you and plan participants, with timely email notifications and the ability to track a loan’s status online from start to finish
  • Reduce processing time by eliminating the need to shuffle paper forms from participants to plan sponsors to us
  • Allow for pre-approved processing or for plan sponsor approval
