Don't miss a thing...

Wondering when your HSA reimbursement was issued? Want to know when your new Benny Card has been mailed? It's easy to set up and manage these notifications through your Sentinel Group online portal and mobile app!

 

While most claim related notifications are sent automatically by email, you can also opt into other notifications by email or text by updating your notification preferences. Other notifications include:

  • Account Statement is available
  • Tax Documents are available
  • Payment issued from account
  • Contribution posted to account
  • HSA available cash balance below $ amount
  • Debit Card has been mailed

How to update:

 

Update your notification preferences in the Message Center of your online account. Once you are logged in, navigate to the Message Center and select Update Notification Preferences to configure what notifications you would like to receive and how you would like them delivered. Alternatively, you can update your settings in the Sentinel Group mobile app by navigating to Profile and then Notification Preferences. Preferences can be updated at any time.
